AIEF and US India SME Council partners for accelerating Africa-India-USA SME B2B collaboration

Africa India Economic Foundation and the US India SME Council Inc signed a Strategic agreement for intercontinental development, on 23 September 2021 in New York, which has the objective of cooperation towards setting up of the Africa India Business Centre’s complex in Mumbai as well as of bringing Africa, India and US business communities, especially SMEs, together under a triangular partnership.

The agreement was signed in the august presences of H.E Mr. Abdulla Shahid, President of United Nations General Assembly. During the launch of partnerships, UNGA President H.E Mr. Abdulla Shahid highlighted the importance of Micro Small and Medium Business Enterprises. MSMEs are the bedrocks of many economies, contributing to employment, sustainable development, and poverty alleviation.
